The Sutton LINk Steering group approved the establishment of working groups. These groups could be set up on a permanent or temporary basis to undertake work in specific areas or to monitor particular services
In 2009/10 Working Groups have been established to deal with the LINK's priority areas – hospitals, mental health, older people and transforming social care. The LINk will be setting up a working group for carers later this year.
Working groups are open to any individuals or organizations in Sutton who are eligible for LINk membership. Click the links below to take you to the working group.
Carers Working Group
This group is looking at Carers issues.
Healthcare Services Working Group
The working group is focusing on patient discharge and privacy and dignity.
Mental Health Working Group
The priorities for the group include: future of hospital provision and services in the community
Older People Working Group
The priorities for the Older Peoples working group are chiropody/podiatry, support at home, extra care home and information
Transforming Social Care Working Group
This group looks at social care issues
